AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2014, THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS WILL BE ENFORCED BY THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY:

You are required by law to take a refresher course in order to keep your license active.

Everyone MUST take a refresher course before they can renew their Hoisting License.
